The half ball design is adorable and is perfect if you don't like the look of a full ball end on your barbell. With the barbell post being externally threaded, the ease of attaching the ball top is super easy. Being a half ball it sits flat against your tongue rather than being raised, ideal for those who have difficulty with raised or full ball ends on barbells. A must have to any barbell collection.
